Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Terminal Operations Supervisor to oversee daily tank farm operations, including product handling, inventory management, and team supervision at our Terneuzen terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily terminal operations including loading/unloading operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage inventory control and product quality assurance
• Coordinate with marine, pipeline, and truck operations teams
• Implement and monitor operational procedures and best practices
• Train and develop operations team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in terminal operations or similar industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of process safety management systems
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
